What we publish about businesses
Fresh Ink publishes information from public Mississippi Secretary of State business filings: business name, trade, town, county, filing date, and industry code. The free site and newsletter never show street addresses.
Fresh Ink Pro subscribers also receive the mailing address on file with the state, whether the business has a website, and any phone number or email the business published on its own website.
Removing a listing
If you own a business listed here and want it removed, email [email protected] with the business name. We remove it from the site, the newsletter, and the Pro list within 7 days and keep it out of future issues.
Readers and subscribers
When you subscribe, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider, Buttondown, and used only to send Fresh Ink. We don't sell or share subscriber lists. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Rules for Pro subscribers
The Pro list is for reaching new businesses about products and services they may need. Subscribers agree not to resell or republish the list, and to follow the laws that apply to their outreach, including the rules on unsolicited calls, texts, and commercial email.
